Very Stable you will prepare good salads, the wood will not fear the vinaigrette sauces, since it is protected by a food varnish out of polyurethane the salad bowl is carved in only one part in a tree trunk, then dried during many months and prepared according to a secret method kept by the Craftsman’s family since 2 Generations; so that he will guarantee you that it will never break, under the normal conditions of use. It is a French hand crafted Item which needed months of attention and patience.

The preparation of the wood, kept secret by the craft man, will guarantee our customer that it will never break, (in a normal way of use). The Mortar is left in a special drying room for 4 months. It is a French products and need months of work and patience.
