ORDERING
You can order from Mediterranean Interiors either directly from our Web Site 24 hours/24 hours or by phone at +33.6.62.19.20.52
A) On the Web Site
- Choose your items and click on the button "Add to Shopping Cart".
- Enter the destination country for the calculation of the shipping fees.
- When the Shopping Cart content is displayed, click on the button "Check Out".
- Fill-in the Order Form with your details, select your payment method and click on the "Send" button.
- A receipt is displayed. We recommend that you to print it for your records.
B) By Phone from 9:00 AM to 12.00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM (GMT+1) every day.
- Visit our Boutique on line, make your choice and write down the references of your items,
colors, descriptions and prices (MI Club price and full price)
- Call us at +33 6.62.19.20.52 !
You will receive an e-mail to confirm the details of your order, the agreed payment procedure and the estimated
processing time.
Your order is processed upon reception of your payment. When it is ready for shipment, you are informed by e-mail.
This e-mail certifies that we have accepted your order and constitute the selling contract between you and
Mediterranean Interiors. These different steps applies whatever the purchase procedure (Shopping Cart or by Phone).
PAYMENT
Three options are available:
- Payment by Check in Euros (If you have a Bank Account in France or Monaco).
- Credit Card payment through PayPal.
- Wire Transfer (Electronic Fund Transfer).
When we have received your payment, we send you the invoice by e-mail and a paper copy will be added to your parcel.
- Payment by Check in Euros

- Credit Card payment with PayPal
We have selected Paypal as our secure credit card payment
processing system. Paypal accepts payment from all major credit cards:AMEX, Visa, Master Card ...
After your order has been acknowledged by Mediterranean Interiors, you will be invited to log on your Mediterranean
Interiors Customer Account and proceed with the payment. From your Customer Account you
will be redirected to the secure Paypal website where you will be invited to enter your Credit Card details.
- Payment via Wire Tranfer (Electronic Fund Transfer)
If you choose the payment via Wire Tranfer, we will send you the required details (IBAN and BIC numbers)
that will allow your bank to proceed with the fund transfer.
DELIVERY
For France and European destinations, all our parcels are sent via the Potal Services in "COLISSIMO SUIVI" With a tracking number or
"PRIORITY" for a quick delivery.
For destinations outside of Europe, the delivery is carried out by the Postal Services in 'Priority'.
Depending on the destination, the usual delivery times are as follows:
- France: 48 hours E.E.C.
- countries approximately 3-4 days
- Outside E.E.C. approximately 10 days
Mediterranean Interiors recommends that, at the reception of your parcel, you check the state
of the content before the departure of the Post office man.
