Valbonne is a very picturesque village, authentic, old village of almost 400 years its characteristic is to have been created on the initiative of the abbots “Chalesiens”, who after having settled down close to the small river named “la Brague”, built an abbey and lived of the fruit their vineyard, the Servan, but they were hardly missing people to work in their vineyards the monks then decided to organized the village, by proposing to the volunteers work.
